**Dova** ("we", "us", "Dova") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

**What we collect**
We only collect the information we need to run our store and fulfil your orders:
- **When you place an order:** your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.
- **When you contact us:** the name, email and message you submit through our contact form or by email.
- **Automatically:** basic device and browsing data through cookies and analytics/advertising tools (including Shopify analytics and the Meta/Facebook pixel) to help our website work and to measure and improve our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

**How we use it**
To process and deliver your orders, respond to your enquiries, send order updates, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and — where permitted — improve our products and marketing.

**Who we share it with**
We share information only as needed to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our order-fulfilment and supplier partners (so your order can be shipped), payment processors, and advertising/analytics providers (such as Meta). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information.

**Marketing**
If you opt in, we may email you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

**Your rights**
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing **dovasleep@gmail.com**. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

**Security & retention**
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
