Refund policy

**30-Day Comfort Trial**

We want your back to actually feel the difference. If you're not happy with your Nira, you can request a return within **30 days** of receiving your order.

**How to start a return**
Email us at **dovasleep@gmail.com** or use our [Contact page](/pages/contact) with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the steps — please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

**Conditions**
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, the item should be in clean, re-usable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless we advise otherwise.
- Once your return is approved and received (or where we advise no return is needed), your refund is processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

**Faulty or incorrect items**
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

**Your rights under Australian Consumer Law**
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
